Therapies from the Psychology Experts

Attachment-Therapy3Expert Psychology Services offers psychological therapy and support, provided at professional consulting rooms or at an address within the client’s locality by prior arrangement. Services provided include psychology therapy concerning a wide range of psychological problems affecting children, adolescents and their families. Psychologist sessions are provided to children or adults on a 1:1 basis and we also provide parenting support sessions or can meet with families for therapeutic sessions as a unit. The type of therapy needed is based on the individual and their problems. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy which aims to change the way people behave, think and feel about both themselves and others. Expert Psychology Services provide a range of attachment therapies suitable for treatment with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced psychological trauma, maltreatment or other serious adverse life experiences. The service is committed to working with those people who have experienced abuse or neglect.
