Terms and Conditions

  1. UK Private Psychology Ltd ask that individuals who book a FREE telephone consultation with the service use the contact us form available on the Contact Us page of our website to provide some basic biographical details about themselves. All information provided by individuals will be kept strictly private and confidential. Please be assured that information will not be retained by UK Private Psychology Limited in respect of individuals who choose not to become clients of the service.
  2. Clients who book a face to face assessment or therapy session are required to complete the Contact Us form prior to their first meeting with Dr Ojarikri. All biographical information provided by clients will be treated in strictest confidence.
  3. It is the responsibility of individuals who pre-book a free, parent/foster parent or professional telephone psychological consultation with us to telephone UK Private Psychology Limited on 03300 500024 at the time of the consultation to begin the consultation with our psychologist. All telephone consultations received by UK Private Psychology Limited from mobile phones on the aforementioned number will not incur any additional telephone charge.
  4. Clients who wish to cancel a telephone session or face to face meeting with UK Private Psychology Limited are required to provide at least 3 working days notice excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Clients should telephone UK Private Psychology Limited on 03300 500024 and speak to a member of staff or leave a message on the answer phone between the hours of 9am-7pm.
  5. Clients, the person known to the client or organisation accepting responsibility for meeting the cost of the client’s psychological services with UK Private Psychology Limited will be liable for the full cost of an appointment in the event of clients failing to provide at least 3 working days notice excluding Saturdays and Sundays regardless of any extenuating circumstances. Such charges are in order to meet the professional charges of psychological, accommodation and other expenses for UK Private Psychology Limited.
  6. In the case of self-funding clients the client, relative or organisation is required to pay in advance for the initial assessment or therapy session in order to confirm the appointment. Clients can pay for the initial session by cheque or PayPal. Payments made by PayPal will incur an additional 5% charge. All cheques should be made payable to UK Private Psychology Limited.
  7. Clients, relatives or organisations are able to make electronic payments to UK Private Psychology Limited who bank with Santander account number 20210411 and sort code 090128.
  8. Clients under the age of 18 require verbal and signed consent from a parent or guardian to access psychological services from UK Private Psychology Limited.
  9. Self-funding clients or a relative are required to pay for psychological services in a prompt and timely fashion. UK Private Psychology Limited reserves the right to charge interest for outstanding fees of up to 5% per month for fees which remain outstanding for more than 28 days from receiving either emailing or postal notification from UK Private Psychology Limited of professional charges.
  10. The client, individual or organisation responsible for meeting the cost of professional fees will be responsible for meeting the full costs of any returned cheque charges for psychological services received from UK Private Psychology Limited in addition to interest charges levied by UK Private Psychology Limited for late payment.
